Eighteen pads, poured and cured.
Every column stands on its own reinforced pad, 1.8 metres square and 0.8 deep, tied together by ground beams. Starter bars wait above each one for the frame. You are looking at the real grid: six column lines by three.

03 · Construction progress
The core climbs first.
The stair and lift core rises one level ahead of the floors, the way it does on a real site. Columns are cast storey by storey, then each 250 mm slab is poured from west to east.

Every upper-floor home has its own south-facing balcony. The two garden homes open onto a hedged front garden.

How much is the deposit?
A reservation fee holds a home for 28 days. A deposit is usually due when contracts are exchanged. Your solicitor confirms the exact amounts; nothing on this page is an offer.
When will it be finished?
The current programme targets handover from September 2027. Build dates can move with weather and supply, and we will tell registered buyers as soon as they do.
What warranty comes with the home?
Each home is planned to come with a ten-year structural warranty from an independent provider, plus two years of cover from us for defects. The policy wording is in the reservation pack.
Can I visit the site?
Hard-hat tours run on the first Saturday of each month once the frame is complete. Register interest to receive an invitation.
When are prices released?
Floor by floor, to registered buyers first, starting with the ground-floor garden homes.
