Two cores, five floors
The concrete stair and lift cores go up first. Four storeys of cross-laminated timber are hung around them, then the roof.
Structure
Every floor hangs on two cores.
Each section has its own dog-leg stair and lift in a concrete core on the street side. They run unbroken from the entrance hall to the roof hatch, and no front door is more than six metres from one of them.

Eighteen risers of 172 mm per storey in two flights of nine, with a half landing lit by its own window. Floor to floor 3.10 m, clear height 2.70 m.
